Dally is a jelly-like snack food made from the satiating konjac root. It was born as a counterpoint to bottomless, bingeable snacks, and so-called *mindful* options that miss the mark. 

I helped articulate the brand’s mission and develop a taxonomy of words that reimagines snacking for functional customers.
